What do I need to get started today?
All you need is a willingness to show up as you are and the courage to be a little vulnerable in sharing your story. The process asks for your commitment to growth, patience with yourself as you learn and unlearn, and a spirit of teachability that leaves space for new perspectives.
And if you can bring a touch of adventure—an openness to exploring the unknown parts of yourself—you’ll find that therapy becomes less about fixing and more about discovering a map back to who you truly are.
GET STARTED TODAY
It’s time to move through change with clarity and confidence.
Your story matters, and support is here when you’re ready. Start with a first session with Shannon and take one step closer to feeling lighter and more grounded.
-
Your first session is a chance to get to know Shannon, talk about what’s been on your mind, and set goals for how therapy can best support you
-
Counseling provides a clinically informed space to process emotions, mental health concerns, and personal struggles, while life strategy coaching focuses more on goal-setting, accountability, and action steps for the future. Many clients find the two complement each other well.
-
Not at all. Many people come to therapy to build resilience, gain clarity, or simply have a safe space to talk things through before challenges feel overwhelming.
-
That depends on your needs and goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to start, while others choose bi-weekly or monthly check-ins. Shannon will work with you to find a rhythm that feels right.
