Release. Revitalize. Reclaim your Inner Power

Three days to reflect on the year you've built, release what no longer serves you, and nourish your mind, body, and soul before winter settles in.

Join us at The Shoppe and Greenhouse Space for a three-day fall retreat for women who are ready to step away from the pace and responsibilities of everyday life and make some room for themselves.

Held at the turning of the season, the weekend is an opportunity to slow down, reflect on the year behind you, reconnect with what you need now, and head into the months ahead feeling more grounded and replenished.

Over three intentionally spacious days, we’ll bring together nourishing meals, time in nature, gentle movement and somatic practices, practical wellness teachings, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation. There will also be plenty of room to simply rest, laugh, connect, and enjoy being somewhere you don’t have to take care of everything.

You don’t need experience with retreats, meditation, yoga, or any particular wellness practice to belong here. Everything is designed to be approachable and invitational. You can participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, reinventing your life, or becoming a “better” version of who you are.

It’s about giving yourself something that can be surprisingly hard to find in everyday life: time and space to hear yourself again.

Come as you are. Leave rested, connected, and clearer about what you want to carry forward, and what you’re ready to leave behind.

What you’ll experience.

01 / Gentle Movement & Body-Based Practices

Simple, guided practices designed to help you slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with your body. Allowing for deep reflection and nervous system reset.

02 / Seasonal Wellness & Nourishing Food

Learn approachable Ayurvedic principles for supporting yourself through the colder months, enjoy a nourishing meal together, and create a seasonal spice blend to take home.

03 / Nature, Hiking & Reflection

Spend time outside together, including a mindful hike to 18-Mile Creek with space to move, breathe, reflect, and enjoy the landscape. Included is an herbal hike to the creek, and gentle somatic practice by the water.

04 / Real Connection

Time to meet and genuinely connect with other women through conversation, shared experiences, meals, laughter, and the kind of unhurried time together that everyday life rarely allows.

FAQ’S

Do I need to have been on a retreat before?
No. Nourish is designed to feel welcoming whether this is your first retreat or your tenth. You don’t need any previous experience with retreats, yoga, meditation, or other wellness practices.

Is this a yoga or wellness retreat?
Not exactly. While the weekend includes gentle movement, reflection, time in nature, and wellness practices, Nourish is really about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and feel restored. Everything is approachable, optional, and designed for real life.

“Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or wellness practices?”

Nope. This retreat is made for the beginner, the seasoned, the curious, and the “ I just need a weekend to be with myself” person.

What if I’m not very “woo-woo”?
You’ll fit right in. Our approach is grounded, practical, and welcoming. There may be practices that invite you to slow down or reflect, but you won’t be asked to believe in anything or participate in something that doesn’t feel right for you.

Do I have to participate in everything?
No. This is your retreat. We’ll create a thoughtful rhythm for the weekend, but you’re always welcome to listen to what you need - whether that means joining an activity, taking a walk, having a quiet cup of coffee, or getting some extra rest.

Can I come by myself?
Absolutely! The retreat is feel intentionally designed for women arriving on their own but you can also attend with a friend!

What is included in the retreat?
Here you can be very concrete: accommodations, meals, activities/workshops, materials, etc.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, layers for being outdoors, appropriate shoes for the hike, a journal if desired, etc.

What is the physical activity level?
During our Nourish Retreat we WILL be hiking to our gentle yoga spot along 18 Mile Creek. This is not a vigorous hike but there is brief, steep slope to walk down to the creek bed. Hiking polls are encouraged if balance can be an issue.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?
The food available at Nourish will be prepared with care. Please be sure to note food allergies or restrictions or requirements in your registration form. We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.
