About
18 Mile Creek
Nestled along the banks of a historic creek, The Shoppe is a space where thoughtful living meets creative expression and grounded wellness. Founded by designer and curator Caroline Barr, we’re more than a shoppe—we’re a lifestyle destination centered around our core values. We offer a curated shop filled with vintage, handmade and local goods; a wellness studio offering restorative yoga, Ayurvedic practices, with a team of life centered coaches; and a seasonal calendar of workshops that invite you to create, connect, and grow.
Every corner of the Shoppe is designed to support a slower, more intentional way of living. This is a place to come home to yourself.
SHOP. STAY. GATHER.

who are we?
Our core values
EARTH FIRST
We source thoughtfully: small-batch, low waste, and as local as possible. Products are chosen with environmental impact in mind - from materials to packaging. Our shop reflects the care of the land we call home.
RELATIONSHIP OVER TRANSACTION
We build direct relationships with our makers and wellness practitioners. What we offer isn’t just product and service, it’s about connection to the hands and heart behind it. We welcome customers like neighbors.
COMMUNITY CENTERED
This is more than a shop, we foster healing through gatherings and shared story experiences, creating a place to return to. Through seasonal lifestyle workshops, every day conversation and intimate dinners, we nurture a place where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.

OUR GREENHOUSE ARTISAN WORKSHOPS
More Than A Workshop
Our seasonal series invites you to slow down, gather together, and rediscover the art of living well—through your hands, your heart, and your heritage.
From glazing pottery, to photography, to wellness practices - each artisan-led class is a celebration of craft, connection, and conscious creativity. Whether you're learning to blend botanical-infused oils, moving through grounding yoga, or guiding your little ones in sun prints and flower crowns, every workshop is rooted in community care and intentional living.
